ORDER

' This is a revision petition against the order dated 18-11-1975 of the Additional Commissioner, Hyderabad in respect of S. No, 86 of Deb Malki, Taluka Badin.

2. The petitioner is present in person. Lain appeared voluntarily and requested for being impleaded as a party. He has also been heard. Munshi Ahmad Khan Tapedar is present with record. The petitioner has beeh heard and record perused.

' The petitioner contends that the land is evacuee surrendered land and that it was disposed of w the evacuee much prior to Independence and no one had raised objection against its grant. He argues that refusal of its grant to him on the ground of 20 Chains is not, therefore, proper. He also contends that the land is separated from the village by village by a Working Canal. On the other hand, Lalu objects against disposal of the land to any one. The Tapedar states that the canal is not working and is abandoned much before the Katchery fixed for disposal of the lands of the Deh.

Since the land is within the prohibited limits of 20 chains, it canna be disposed of vide para. 9 of the Land Grant Scheme. The revision petition merits no consideration and is, therefore, rejected.
