Urgent application allowed.
The petitioner is an employee of the Muslim Commercial Ban posted. At Karachi and also resides there but he has been charge under section 379, P.P.C. At Hub within the Province of Baluchistan. By this petition he wants interim bail for some time in order to appeal before the trial Court.
2. As the petitioner is an officer of the Bank he is allowed interim bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court or to deposit the said amount in the Court, and is given 15 days time to appear before the trial Court.
This order of bail shall remain in operation for 15 days only from today.
