' A dispute about the payment of dues by the petitioners in respect of the energy consumed by him is going on which is the subject-matter of the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted an application that the matter may be referred to the Electric Inspector for settlement of the dispute.
2. I do not see any hurdle in referring the matter to the Electric' Inspector because the Electricity Act also envisages the reference of such like disputes to the Electricity Inspector. Accordingly the petition is granted and the petitioner is directed to approach the Electric Inspector who as dispose of the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and positively within a month or so.
' With the above observations, the Writ Petitions Nos.5042 of 1983; 3685 of 1983 and Criminal Original No,106/W of 1983 stand disposed of.
