ORDER

The petitioners are involved in a case under sections 307, 325, 324 and 148/149, P.P.C. They have petitioned for being released on bail.

2. According to the F.I.R. The accused party has initiated criminal proceedings against the complainant party under section 452/34, P.P.C., and section 13 of the Arms Ordinance No. XX of 1965. These cases are under the investigation of the C.I.A. Staff. Both the parties were at loggerheads on account of the criminal cases. On 7-11-1984 at about 11-00 a.m. The petitioners alongwith others attacked the complainant party and injured a number of persons. Muhammad Siddique is stated to have given a Sots blow to Zafar Hussain on his left scapula and the left arm.

Similarly all the petitioners who were armed with Sotas had inflicted simple injuries to their victims.

The vicarious liability of the petitioners is yet to be gone into after the appraisal of evidence. I allow them bail in the sum of Rs.15,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Lodhran till the disposal of the case against them.
