1. I intend to dispose of these two Criminal Bail Applications Nos. 682 and 717 of 1985 by a Single Order as the facts of both the matters are same arising out of the same F.I. R.
2. The Applicants Soofi Abdul Rashid, Muhammad Bashir Javed Haider, Muhammad Akram and Najeeb were granted interim bail by two separate orders, dated 16-6-1985 and 17-6-1985. The case against the applicants under sections 307, 323, 504 and 147, 148 was registered on 9-6-1985 at Police Station Site, Karachi west.
3. I have heard Mrs. Salima Nasiruddin and she has stated that there was a fight between two Advocates who went for the inspection of a site in some case. She has argued that fight between the parties is a sudden one and applicants are respectful persons.
4. Mr. A.G. Mangi, learned Assistant Advocate-General hash not opposed the confirmation of the bail and stated that Attaullah and Imtiaz sustained injuries by sharp edged substance as well as with hard and blunt substance. He states that so far grievous injuries are concerned, according to final opinion it is stated that injuries are self-inflicted. He has no objection to the confirmation of the bail.
5. Without going into the merits of the case I confirm the bail of all the five applicants on the same terms and conditions. Applicants are directed to join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. revisions by the competent authorities.
