ORDER

' It is contended by the learned counsel that the petitioner after getting divorce contracted second marriage and has got a child out of that wedlock. It is further stated that she is behind the bars with that child and another girl. The learned counsel does not have the record about the divorce and wants to produce the same on the next date. To come up on 26th February, 1986.

2. The learned counsel also prays for the grant of bail, as the petitioner No,1 is a woman with suckling child. She is, therefore, granted bail. She be released on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs,10,000, with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Rahim Yar Khan.
