' This is a petition for review of my order dated 28-12-1973, whereby I had rejected the Appeal No, 2704 of 1972-73 of Majnoon and confirmed the order of the learned Land Commissioner, Sind, in respect of grant of S. No, 299 of Deh Kala Kot Jagir, Taluka Thatta.
2. The facts of the case already stand mentioned in the impugned order and need not be reproduced here
3. Heard Majnoon. He urged the following two points :
(i) He had not given any statement withdrawing his request from S. No 299 ; and (ii)He had got 15 Acres of land on his Khata but out of this area 6 acres are under water.
4. I have considered the case. The applicant holds 15 acres of land on his Khata and the question whether some land is under wateror not, does not entitle him to the grant of any additional area.
According to para. 18 of Land Reforms Regulation 115, the maximum area which could be granted, has not to exceed 16 acres including the area already held by him. The petitioner has not advanced any cogent ground for interference with the previous order. There is no merit in the review petition, which is hereby rejected.
