The petitioners are charged with an attempt to commit sodomy with Muhammad Yousaf on 30-12- 1984.

Bail is claimed on the ground that that the case is based on absolutely false allegations, it was registered after a delay of five days and further that in the medical examination no injury was found on the anal area of the complainant. It is stated that he had picked up a fight with his age mates and the police got him medically examined on 20-12-1984 and a lacerated wound was found on the top of his head but the present case was got registered after five days' delay to implicate the petitioners on account, of a Warabandi dispute.
Keeping in view the above circumstances, it appears to be case of further inquiry. Accordingly, I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum, of Rs.10,000 each with two sureties each in the like ,amount to the satisfaction of the A.C./Duty Magistrate, D.G. Khan.
