1. The applicant was apprehended by the police and on his personal search 80 grams of Heroin and 20 grams of contraband Charas was recovered. The investigation is complete and the applicant has been remanded to judicial custody and according to the learned counsel for the parties he is in remand house meant for the children. His age is 14/15 years according to the medical certificate.
2. The learned A.A. -G. In view of the tender age of the applicant does not oppose the application. As the continuous custody in jail would affect his character, I admit the applicant to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) and P.R. In the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
