ORDER

This is a petition for bail on behalf of Abdur Rahim. It is alleged that he received Rs.8,000 per head from Bahadur Khan, Ghulam Hussain and Habib Ullah to facilitate their visit to Saudi Arabia on some job but when they reached Jeddah Airport, it transpired that the visa entries were forged. All the three persons accordingly came back to Pakistan in 1979. On 21-1-1981, the present case was registered by Wahid Bakhsh, Assistant Director, F.I.A. On secret information.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel that Bahadur and Ghulam Hussain have sworn affidavits rebutting the allegations against the petitioner. It is further contended that the petitioner is in judicial lock-up for the last about seven months and is no longer required for purposes of investigation. The learned State counsel has opposed this petition. In view of the affidavits of Bahadur and Ghulam Hussain and the fact that the person of the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation, the petitioner is allowed bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, D.G. Khan.
