1. ' The learned counsel contends that the prosecution witnesses do not agree with each other at the color of the article allegedly recovered from the accused/appellant. The prosecution did not examine the Police Examiner in whose custody the article recovered was kept in Malkhana. The police officer who conducted the search has not even disclosed his name. The recovered article was sent to the Chemical Examiner after a long delay of about 3 weeks and no explanation has been offered. The contentions require consideration. The appellant shall be released on bail subject to furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs,15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with personal bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The appeal shall be made ready within two months.
