' This review petition is directed against the judgment of this court delivered on 13-1-1982. The petitioner urges that Khadim Hussain, respondent No,3, was redesignated as Welder on 12-5-1975 and not on 12-5-1969. He says that in the judgment the date of the redesignation of respondent No,3 is wrongly written on 12-5-1969 and that it be corrected as 12-5-1975. This is not the case of clerical error, but the reversing of the judgment delivered in the appeal. If now the date of redesignation of respondent No,3 is written as 12-5-1975, the petitioner would appear senior to him.
The petitioner was the appellant in the appeal and if he and his counsel were not vigilant to point out and to produce relevant document, which now is being referred to, now they cannot for their own fault ask for the change in the date. According to the material present on the record, the appeal was correctly decided.
2. There is no provision of review in the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, therefore, the review petition does not lie.
3. As a result of the observations made above, the petition is dismissed in limine.
