1. A certain amount was to be recovered by the WAPDA from the petitioner, but they challenged the recovery in a writ petition. An interim stay was granted but subsequently it expired. This was clarified by an order dated 16-5-1982. It appears that after the expiry of the stay, the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the writ petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
