' This revision petition under section 13 of the Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960, is directed against the order of Additional Commissioner (Cons.), Lahore, dated 28-8-1980, whereby be set aside the order of the Collector (Cons.), Sheikhupura, dated 30-12-1979 as also the order of the Consolidation Officer dated 30-9-1978 and restored the land of the respondent Mst. Nawab Begum as was proposed to her in the earlier orders of the Consolidation Officer, dated 19-8-1978 and 28- 8-1978 made in Column No, 10 of the Register Schemes at Serial Nos. 332 and 288.
2. The main contention of the petitioners is that the land in Squares Nos. 117, 118 and 127 which was confirmed to them by the Consolidation Officer on 23-9-1978 be restored to them.
3. After having heard the counsel of the parties and on perusing the record I find that Khasras Nos.
117, 118 and 127 were owned and possessed by the respondent Mst. Nawab Begum and were originally proposed in her name at Serial Nos. 332 and 288 of Column No, 10 of the Register Schemes, vide C. O's orders, dated 19-8-1978 and 28-8-1978. Subsequently on 23-9-1978 the original proposal was unjustifiably changed and the land in dispute, which was highly valuable being situated along the metalled road, was assigned to the petitioners. As this land belonged to the respondent, therefore, the Additional Commissioner (Cons.) has rightly interfered in the matter and restored it to the respondent. The petitioners have not been able to establish their superior claim over this land. In these circumstances I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order which is upheld and this revision accordingly.
