ORDER

' These two revision petitions have been filed against order, dated 1-7-1979 of Additional Commissioner, Bahawalpur by which the order, dated 14-7-1973 of Assistant Commissioner/Collector, Liaqatpur resuming the State land allotted to the petitioners under 15 years Lease Scheme was upheld.

2. Briefly, the petitioners were allotted State land under 15 Years' Lease Scheme. They did not pay any rent. The Collector, therefore, resumed the land on 14-7-1973. The petitioners filed appeal before the Additional Commissioner on the ground that they were not given any notice. The record shows that the petitioners were duly served with notices but they deliberately absented themselves. The Additional Commissioner, therefore rejected these appeals. Hence these revision petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to urge any point warranting interference in the impugned orders. Consequently both the revision petitions fail and are dismissed accordingly.
