ORDER

' Criminal Miscellaneous No, 660-M of 1984.

' Saleem Masih is sentenced to imprisonment for life, with a fine of Rs, 5,000. Haji Masih has been sentenced to two years' R.I. With a fine of Rs, 1,000 under section 307 P.P.C. Munir Masih to two years'

R.I. With a fine of Rs, 1,000 under section 326, P.P.C. Rafique Masih to one years' R.I. With a fine of Rs,1,000 under section 324, P.P.C.

2. Rafique Masih is said to have served the sentence and also paid the fine. Petition on his behalf is infructuous. In so far as Haji Masih and Munir Masih are concerned, their sentences being short, they are allowed bail in the sum of Rs, 25,000 with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Duty Magistrate, Lahore.

3. Salim Masih has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petition on behalf of Salim Masih at this stage. The same is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
