I am inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sentence in this case can be suspended without going into the A appreciation of evidence. It is a case of vindication of the honor of family.
2. The petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnished bail bond in the sum of Rs,50,000 (fifty thousand) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
