ORDER

' This revision is directed against the orders of the Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Multan, dated 11-7-1982, whereby he set aside the orders of the A.C./Collector, Burewala and ordered that the inheritance of Wahab, an allottee under the Co-operative Farming Society, should be decided according to Shariat Law.

2. I hake heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inheritance in cases of allottees of Co-operative Farming Society is to be determined according to the Bye-laws of the Society and not according to Shariat Laws. This issue has already been examined by the learned Additional Commissioner who has observed in the impugned judgment that the Bye-laws of the Co-operative Farming Society have since then been amended and all the legal heirs are entitled to the share according to Shariat Laws. The orders of the learned Additional Commissioner, therefore, do not require any interference by way of this revision, which is rejected.

3. Respondents Nos. 2, 4 and 5 who were proceeded against ex parte have put their appearance through a counsel and the ex parte orders, dated 20-3-1984 against them were set aside.
