1. ' The appellant was a Senior Clerk in Revenue Office (E), WAPDA, Jhang. He brought a grievance petition for the correction of his seniority list. During the pendency of the present appeal, his services have been terminated. He has not turned up, nor his lawyer has appeared to argue the appeal. This is not known whether he has challenged the order of his termination by an application under section 25-A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969. Since he is not in service, no question of fixing his seniority arises. The appeal, therefore, is filed. If he brings the application under section 25-A and it succeeds, he may ask for the hearing of this appeal.
