' MUHAMMAD AFZAL LONE, J.-- The learned counsel for the applicants states that he has compromised the dispute with respondent No, 5 and that, therefore, his name may be deleted from the array of the appellants. Order as requested.
2. Kh. Muhammad Akram, the learned counsel for the appellants, also submits that appellants Nos.
25 to 28 and 70 having entered into a compromise with the respondents and do not want to press this appeal. It being so their names are also deleted. ORDER OF THE COURT ' The learned counsel for the appellants submits that since the learned Assistant Advocate-General states that the question of allotment of alternate land to the eligible appellants-tenants, is under active consideration of the authorities concerned, he does not press the instant appeal and if need be they shall approach this Court again.
2. The I.-C.A has not been pressed. It is disposed of accordingly A but with no order as to costs.
