' This is a review petition against the order, dated 1-6-1971 passed by me, whereby the petitioners' appeal regarding demarcation of boundaries of Dehs Bahleem and Noorpur was dismissed.
2. The facts of the case are contained in details in my order, dated 1-6-1971 and it is needless to reproduce them here.

The counsel for the petitioners contended that the red line in the Deh map was drawn on the basis of the demarcation of boundaries of Larkana and Khairpur districts done by the Indus River Commission as mentioned in Sheet No, VII of the Indus River Commission report and that it was therefore, authentic and no authentication thereof was required in the Deh maps. He also referred to the districts maps of Khairpur and Larkana districts and argued that the red line is in accordance with the District boundaries and that the District boundaries have necessarily to tally with the Deh boundaries. He stressed that the districts and the Dehs would be left with no boundary lines after removal of the red line. He however, conceded that he had no grievance if the boundary line of the Dehs is drawn in accordance with Sheet No, VII of Indus River Commission and the Sind Survey Khairpur State boundary maps bearing the signatures of Wali-e-Riasat, Khairpur as well as Commissioner in Sind but contended that the Survey Department was not drawing the line even in accordance with these top sheets.

The representative of the Director of Settlements Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad, contended that Sheet No, VII of the Indus River Commission report does not show the boundary line of the Dehs and that it was not a fact that they were not doing the demarcation in accordance with the topo sheets and that these were actually the basis of their demarcation.
5. I have considered the case. The review petition has been on the basis of the red line which is called in question and which could not be made as basis for demarcation of the boundaries. The counsel for the petitioners requested that the basis of damarcation should be Indus River Commission Sheet No, VII and Sind Survey Khairpur State maps bearing signatures of Wali-e- Riasat and Commissioner in Sind. The representative of the department has explained that in fact that is the starting point on the basis of which necessary survey has been undertaken.

According to section 8(1) of Board of Revenue Act, 1957, review petition can be made only on the following grounds : (i)Discovery of new and important matter or evidence which after exercise of due diligence was not within the knowledge of the party or could not be produced by him at the time when the order was made.
(ii) On account of mistake or error apparent on the face of the record.
(iii) For any other sufficient reason.
7. No case has been made out for review on any of the grounds. In fact the petitioners have failed to show any genuine grievance against the impugned order. There is no merit in the review petition which is therefore, dismissed accordingly.
