1. The petitioner is entitled to the concession of bail on the ground of delay in lodging the F.I.R. ChalIan has also been submitted and further investigation is not to be conducted. Therefore, I don't think the prosecution is likely to suffer in any way in case he is enlarged on bail. He is accordingly admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs, 20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
