' This is a petition under section 497/498, Cr.P.C. By Abdul Aziz Butt, petitioner, for bail in respect of a case instituted against him and two others under section 18/22 of the Immigration Ordinance, 1979, at Police Station F.I.A., Lahore, on 17-11-1984.
2. The prosecution case in brief against Abdul Aziz Butt, petitioner, is that in collaboration with Talib Hussain, co-accused (who was originally complainant in the case) and others, he collected about Rupees three Lacs from a large number of persons by promising them employment in Saudi Arabia. The petitioner and his companions pretended that twenty-two visas had been obtained from the Saudi Consulate in Karachi, on the faith of which they collected sums of money from persons willing to seek employment in Saudi Arabia.
3. At the last hearing Mr. Shuja Kazmi, Inspector, F.I.A. Lahore, appeared and explained the whole case. According to his statement, the investigation had been completed and the petitioner was no longer required in respect of any recovery.

In view of the above, this petition is accepted and Abdul Aziz Butt, petitioner, is released on bail, subject to his furnishing security in the sum of Rupees Three Lacs (Rs, 3,00,000) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Central)/ Assistant Commissioner (City), Lahore. revisions by the competent authorities.
