1. The petitioner and attorney of respondent No,2, who is, also her brother, are present in person. On the intervention of the learned counsel for the two parties, a compromise has been arrived at and the parties who were at one time husband and wife have agreed to end all the litigations between them which are pending since 1971. The compromise has been reduced in writing and has been filed in Court today. The compromise application is signed by the petitioner as well as Mohammad Bashir Khan, brother and attorney of respondent No,2. The two learned counsels have also signed the compromise. The compromise is taken on record and pursuant to the compromise, the petitioner does not press the present petition. Constitutional Petition No,S-88/83 is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. The Court places on record its appreciation of the efforts made by the two learned counsels in bringing about a satisfactory compromise between the two parties which brings to an end the litigation that has been pending between the petitioner and respondent No,2 since 1971.
