' This review petition is for correction of the judgment of this Court, dated 31st January, 1982, whereby it was observed that the direction of payment of back benefits made by the learned lower Court was justified. In reality, the learned Lower Court had reinstated the respondent without back benefits but due to oversight or typing mistake in the first paragraph of judgment it was mentioned that the respondent was reinstated by the learned Lower Court with back benefits. On account of this error made in the first paragraph of the judgment, in the end it was observed that deduction of the payment of back benefits was justified.
