' On 19th December,1983, I had called for report and comments from respondent No,
1. When the matter came up for hearing on the next date i,e, 28th January, 1984, the report was not submitted. I, therefore, admitted this petition to regular hearing.
2. The petitioner has filed civil miscellaneous alongwith the writ petition in which he has prayed for provisional admission to M.B.,B.S. Classes. In this notice was issued. Principal, K.E.M.
College/Chairman Admission Board of Medical Colleges and the Secretary, Health Department, Punjab, have been duly served but nobody has turned up. It means that they have no objection to the grant of interim relief.
3. I, therefore, order that the petitioner shall be provisionally admitted to the M.B.,B.S. Classes in King Edward Medical College, Lahore. This will be subject to final decision in this writ petition. The petitioner shall also be permitted to attend the lectures.
