ORDER ' ljaz Mahmud alias Bagoo and Muhammad Amin petitioners along with Muhammad Zafar Javed and Mukhtar are accused of having murderously assaulted Muhammad Arshad and Faqir Muhammad. The case was registered against them on 1-2-1984 at Police Station Jaranwala.
2. Muhammad Amin was said to have inflicted a sharp-edged weapon injury to Arshad on the right side of his chest which was later declared simple. Ijaz Mahmud petitioner was ascribed an injury on the wrist of Faqir Muhammad which was declared grievous.
3. All the accused were allowed bail by the trial Court. Later the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faisalabad cancelled the bail of Muhammad Amin and ljaz Mahmud petitioner on the ground that they caused injuries with sharp-edged weapons and that the cross version was found baseless by the police.
4. I have considered the matter. Since the injury attributed to Muhammad Amin was later declared simple and the one caused by ljaz Mahmud is not on a vital part of the body. I, therefore, allow them A bail in the sum of Rs,10,000 each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Duty Magistrate, Jaranwala, District Faisalabad pending trial.
