1. ' The applicants are alleged to have kidnapped/abducted a girl by name Mst. Nur Jehan on 10th June, 1983 and she was allegedly recovered from the applicant Mahmood Karim on 24th June, 1983.
2. ' The bail application has been pressed on the grounds that F. I. R. Was lodged after 14 days and that the girl has stated in her 164, Cr. P. C. Statement that she had left the house of her parents of her own accord and joined the applicant Mahmoodul Karim. The learned Assistant Advocate- General has not opposed the application in respect of applicants Aula Mian and Muhammad Rasheed, whereas he has opposed it in respect of applicant Mahmoodul Karim.
3. ' In view of delay in lodging report and 164, Cr. P. C. Statement made by the girl Mst. Nur Jehan, all the three applicants are granted bail in the sum of Rs, 10,000 (Ten thousand) with one surety each, to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Karachi.
