1. ' By his order, dated 10th January, 1980 the Registrar, Trade Unions, D. I. Khan Division, cancelled the registration of the Agricultural Employees Field Bulldozers Union, D. I. Khan with effect from 8th January, 1980 under section I subsection (3) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, on the reasons that Government Servants are prohibited to form a Union. The office-bearers of the said Union have questioned this order through the said petition. The Registrar, Trade Unions, D. I. Khan Division, was summoned. On 30th March, 1983 Mr. Bashir Ullah Khan. Registrar, Trade Unions, D. I.

2. Khan Camp at Bannu appeared and recorded his statement in Court to the effect that the Honourable Court has already decided a similar case of Agricultural Engineering Employees' Union.

3. Serai Naurang, D. I. Khan and that on the basis of the above judgment I have got no comments and admitted.

As a similar question of this nature has already been decided by this Court, on 26th February, 1981, photostat copy of which has been placed on record, so in these circumstances the application is accepted, the order of the Registrar, Trade Unions, D. I. Khan Camp at Bannu, dated 10t January, 1980 is set aside and the Registration of Agricultural Employee Field Bulldozers Union, D.

4. I. Khan is hereby restored. Two copies of the judgment are sent to the Secretary Labour, Government of N.-W. F. P., Peshawar as required under the rules, file be consigned to record.
