ORDER

1. ASLAM RIAZ HUSSAIN, J.--The petition is converted into appeal and disposed of as follows.

2. The counsel for the parties agree that status quo should be maintained in respect of the physical possession. But the person in possession either as owner or as a tenant of either party, shall deposit the landlord's share of the produce with the Tehsildar of the area. It is, therefore, ordered accordingly.

3. The Tehsildar is directed to enforce the compliance with this order in case of default by any of the parties or persons in possession. He shall then invest the money so received by him in. Khan Deposits to be given to the party which ultimately succeeds.

4. The order shall, however, not affect any other proceedings.
