ORDER

1. The two applications are by applicant who was not a respondent in the main petition and therefore has no locus standi.

2. The main petition allowed at the joint request of the parties and their Counsel that impugned order dated 17th April, 1974 of the Sind Labour Court No. 4, with regard to ad hoc relief in favour of respondent No. 2 be set aside with no order as to costs. The aforesaid was passed in presence of the Counsel including Mr. Zia Qureshi who appeared for res--pondent and had authority and power given to him by the respondent Union to enter into a compromise or withdraw the proceedings on their behalf.
