The petitioners are accused of the unnatural offence. Bail is being sought on the ground that they are both of a tender age. According to the record, the Medical Officer who examined them found them to be 13 or 14 years of age each.
2. In these circumstances I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Rs. 3,000 (rupees three thousand) each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
