' This revision petition under section 13 of the Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960 is directed against the order of the Additional Commissioner (Cons.), Sargodha dated 16-11-1980 whereby the order of the Collector (Cons.), Sargodha, dated 4-12-1979 making certain amendments in the Khatas of the parties was upheld and the appeal of the petitioner dismissed.
2. Briefly the consolidation scheme of village Hathi Wind, Tehsil Bhalwal, District Sargodha was confirmed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer on 30-6-1978. The petitioner Mehmand preferred an appeal before the Collector (Cons.) on the ground inter alia that he had not been given land according to his entitlement. The Collector (Cons.) partly accepted the appeal and made certain amendments in the Khatas of the parties vide his order dated 4-12-1979. Feeling not satisfied with this order the petitioner filed a second appeal before the Additional Commissioner (Cons.) but failed on 16-11-1980. Hence this revision petition.
3. The main contentions of the petitioner are, firstly that his area has been reduced to the extent of 7 Kanals and, secondly, that his previous land falling in Khasras Nos, 89/11 and 100/11/1 had not been given to him.

After having heard the parties at length and on perusing the record I find that before consolidation the petitioner held 226 Kanals 15 Marlas of land in terms of Class I, against which he has been given 225 Kanals 15 Marlas in terms of that class in consolidation. In this way he has sustained a deficiency A of one Kanal in terms of Class I. This deficiency can conveniently be recouped from the Khata of the respondents, who have received 3 Kanals 15 Marlas of land over and above their entitlement.
