' This revision petition under section 13 of the Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960 is, directed against the order of the Additional Commissioner (Cons.) Rawalpindi, dated 24-2-1980 whereby he made certain amendments in the Khatas of the parties.
2. Briefly the consolidation scheme of village Garh of Phalia Tebsil was confirmed by the Collector (Cons.) Gujrat on 10-9-1980 under section 10 (4) of the Ordinance. The petitioners filed an appeal before the Additional Commissioner (Cons.). Rawalpindi contending that they have not been given their possessed land in Square No,. 92 and instead accommodated in Square No,.
64. The Additional Commissioner (Cons.), attended the Khatas on the basis of a compromise reached between the parties, vide the impugned order dated 24-2-1982. Being dissatisfied, the petitioners have come in revision before this Court.

After having heard the learned counsel of the parties and on perusing the record I find that the impugned order has been passed on the basis of a compromise between the parties and as such the petitioners are estopped to call it in question by way of revision. Even on merits the petitioners have no case. They have been given 127 K. 17 M. In terms of Class I and as against their actual entitlement of 123 K. 5 M. In terms of that class. The deficiency of 8 Marlas being less than permissible limit of 10 Marlas is condonable. Previously the holding of the petitioners was scattered at 4 different places which has now been consolidated into two compact blocks. Not only that but also they have been given their possessed land in Killas Nos, 7, 14 and 171/1 of Square No,.
92. As such no injustice has been done to the petitioners. This revision petition seems without force and is dismissed accordingly. . Revision .
