After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that notice was issued to the respondent in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 24th August, 1981 but it is not known whether the notice, in fact, was served upon him or not.
2. The petitioner is directed to approach the S. H. O. And inform him orally or through a written application about the commission of a cognizable offence and the respondent would act strictly in accordance with law. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the action taken by respondent it would be open to him to repeat his prayer for the registra--tion of the case, Petition stands disposed of.
