' This is a revision petition against the order dated 11-4-1983 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Faisalabad Division, whereby the two cross-appeals filed by the parties against the order, dated 27-12-1982 of the A. C./Collector, laranwala, were dismissed.
2. I have heard the arguments addressed by the counsel for the petitioner in the preliminary hearing. Facts of the case are that the suit land was decreed in favour of the petitioner in a pre- emption suit before the Collector. The petitioner preferred an appeal before the Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Faisalabad Division for reduction in the amount to be paid for the suit land which was rejected by the learned Additional Commissioner.
3. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recital of the amount paid was recorded in registered deed dated 29-8-1981, having been paid through a receipt. This fact is sufficient to establish the price paid for the suit land.
4. In view of the above I find no ground to interfere in the order of the lower Court and the petition is, therefore, rejected.
