Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner, Qazi Muhammad Nabeel, seeks a declaration to the effect that the petitioner is the lawful allottee of government accommodation (Flat No.10, Block No.1, Type-E, Street 50, F-6/4, Islamabad). Furthermore, the petitioner seeks an injunction to restrain the respondents from cancelling the allotment letter dated 11.11.2022 for the said government accommodation.

The instant petition is accompanied with a copy of the allotment letter dated 11.11.2022 in favour of the petitioner for the said government accommodation and an undated letter to the Ministry of Housing and Works voicing an apprehension that the said allotment may be cancelled. The said letter was submitted to the Ministry of Housing and Works on 15.02.2023.
3. Since the instant petition is simply based on an apprehension, the same is dismissed in limine as premature.
