ORDER

SALAHUDDIN AHMAD (CHAIRMAN).-Mr. Habibur Rehman Siddiqui Kandhelvi and another are the petitioners. The Court has heard Mr. Kandhelvi.

2. He has contended that the word wnhuriat" is repugnant to the Injunctions of Islam, and consequently the word used in "The Islamic Republic of Pakistan" in the Constitution is repugnant to the Injunction of Islam.

3. As this is a matter which concerns the Constitution, we have no jurisdiction to entertain this case.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
