ORDER

JUSTICE SALAHUDDIN AHMED (CHAIRMAN).-Both these petitions are directed against in Pakistan.

2. While Petition No, 14 deals with custom of woman without pardah in Pakistan, Petition No, 18 objects to {{URDU TEXT}}"co-education" of males and females on the ground that such co- education is against the injunctions of Islam.

3. It has been contended that this custom {{URDU TEXT}} is against the Injunctions of Islam and should be stopped.

4. The petitioners, however, have failed to show that such a custom; exists far less it has the force of law. The petitioners have failed to show that this Court has jurisdiction in the matters.

5. Both the petitions are accordingly dismissed summarily.
