Judgment: Through the instant intra Court appeal, the appellant, Muhammad Islam Khan, had impugned the order dated 19.04.2022 passed by the learned Judge-in-Chambers, whereby writ petition No.1385/2022 filed by the appellant, was dismissed in lim ine. Through the said writ petition, the appellant had assailed letter dated 05.10.2021 issued by the Islamabad Club, whereby the appellant's membership of the said Club was terminated on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Committee.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the instant appeal, Islamabad Club issued letter dated 27.12.2022, according to which, the membership of the appellant as a member has been restored, however, his son, has been barred from using the membership of the Islamabad Club for lifetime. He further submits that the appellant's son has already preferred an appeal against the said restriction, which, learned counsel for the respondents submits that would be decided in accordance with the law.
3. The instant appeal stands disposed of.
