1. The only impediment in considering the case of the petitioners' late daughter for her qualification is a period of 10 years. The period of 11 months and 17 days was condoned and hence by virtue of an order dated 11.08.2023 attached with the statement filed today she is qualified to be considered. Let her case for the release of pensionary benefits, gratuity, commutation, GP Fund and other dues be processed preferably in about two months' time. Petition stands disposed of.
