ORDER

The petitioner , contingent paid employee (Chowkidar BS-1 ) with respondent No.1 (The Federal Service Tribunal ), prays for regularization of his services on the analogy of one Muhammad Sajid Ilyas, a contingent paid Naib Qasid, whose services were regularized by the respondent No. 1pursuant to judgment of the Hon'ble Lahore High Court in W.P. No.1378/2016.

2. Heard. In order to substantiate his stance and to highlight element of discrimination, petitioner placed reliance upon minutes of the Departmental Selection Committee, judgment dated 07.04.2 017 passed in W.P. No.1378 of 2016, O.M. dated 1 1.05.2017 and Of fice Order dated 29.05.2017.

3. It is evident from the documents annexed with the petition that petitioner is on the strength of respondent No.1 for more than seven years i.e. w.e.f. 9.04.2015, till date, while his identical request before the competent authority/respondent No.1 is still un responded, therefore, it would be just to transmit the instant writ petition to the respondent No.1 for its decision in accordance with law by treating it as a representation within period of one month from the receipt of this order.

4. The instant writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
