Muhammad Naeem Akhtar (petitioner) has applied for his post arrest bail in case FIR No. 04 recorded on 16.02.2021 under Sections 420/468/471, PPC read with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 at Police Station Anti-Corruption Establishment, Khanewal.
2. It was alleged by Abdul Lateef (complainant) that petitioner along with Secretary Union Council had managed preparation of a forged death certificate, of Mst. Hameedi grand-mother of complainant.

4. Admittedly , no benefit till today as conceded by learned Law Officer for State, on the basis of said certificate has been gained by petitioner , who is behind the bars since 02.08.2021 and no more required for further investigation.
The offences also do not fall within the prohibition contained in Section 497 Cr,P.0 and in such like cases bail has to be granted as a rule, whereas refusal is an exception. Petitioner has no previous record of his involvement or conviction in any other case also.
5. Resultantly , this application is allowed. 'Petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds in sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of learned trial Court. It is made clear that in case of misuse of concession. of bail by petitioner during trial, the learned trial Court Shall be at liberty to re-call this bail granting order . revisions by the competent authorities.
