1. LAL JAN KHATTAK, J. Vide our detailed judgment recorded in writ petition bearing No.3159-P of 2022 titled "Shabbir Hussain Gigyani Vs. Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa etc", we admit and allow this petition and declare the impugned Notification as illegal, unconstitutional and of no legal effect and, thus, set aside the same.
