After hearing the parties at some length, Petitioners who are seeking withdrawal of impugned orders dated 25.6.2013, 10.6.2015, 16.10.2015 respectively whereby posts of respondents No.5 to 11 were upgraded from grade (iv) to grade (iii) and respondents No.5 to 11 were placed senior to the petitioners.

On the other end, the respondent side has placed entire record including comparative statement in which each individual has been considered viz-a-viz other respondents who were upgraded/promoted on the basis of seniority, experience and working etc on the recommendation of screening committee but such aspect has not been placed before the APPC Board for final approval, therefore, in this scenario instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that matter be placed before the APPC Board who shall consider the claim of the Petitioners under Rules, Regulations and policy and shall pass decision on the subject accordingly.
