1. Learned counsel for petitioner has argued this matter and submits that petitioner is a retired employee of Province of Sindh and hence this petition is filed for recovery of travelling allowance, daily allowance, vehicle maintenance, medical bills, honorarium bills etc. Such petition in view of facts and circumstances, as mentioned in the memo of petition, cannot be maintained. Petitioner may however avail the remedy available to him under the law .
2. At this stage, after the arguments and dictation of the above observation, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed along with listed applications.
