1. Raja Saeed Akram Khan, ACJ. Today , the application for seeking ex parte ad-interim relief was fixed for arguments in the titled case. The learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted that the matter is pending adjudication in the Service Tribunal and the learned Service Tribunal only granted the interim relief to the other party subject to objections; thus, the petitioner has the opportunity to contest the matter at the proper forum by filing objections. He submitted that he will be satisfied if this application along with petition for leave to appeal is disposed of with the direction to the Service Tribunal to decide the main appeal expeditiously .
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the petition for leave to appeal also summoned from the registry office and is disposed of along with the application for interim relief with the direction to the Service Tribunal to decide the main appeal within a period of one month positively from the communication of the order of this Court.
