1. Muhammad Ali Mazhar , J. Mr. Abraiz Ali Khan advocate undertakes to file vakalatnama for Respondent No.2 in both appeals in the office. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that Suits No.40 and 56 of 2021 were fixed before the learned single Judge on 19.01.2021 when some directions were issued by the learned single Judge to the parties to file and exchange copies of pleadings and the both suits are fixed for hearing of injunction application on 26.01.2021. This fact has been admitted by the learned advocate for respondent No.2/PSO as well as advocate for M/s. TPL Trakker . Learned counsel for the appellant requests that some directions may be issued to the learned Single Judge to decide the injunction application expeditiously as the same requires grave urgency in the matter .
2. This statement has not been opposed by learned counsel for respondents as well as learned Assistant Attorney General. Both the appeals are disposed of and the learned single Judge, original side, may preferably decide the injunction application within 15 days. Pending applications are also disposed of.
