1. Syed Sallahuddin Ahmed, Additional Secretary (GA), SGA&CD, Government of Sindh submitted the progress report. In addition thereto, he further submits that after compliance of the last order dated 15.12.2020 now the matter has been resolved and the date of election has also been announced. He further submits that on 04.03.2021 the election of Sindh Secret ariat Employees (Non-Gazetted) Welfare Association (SENW A) will be conducted. The same statement has also been given by the petitioners present with their counsel as well as the respondent No.1 present with his counsel. In view of the joint statement, this petitio n is disposed of alongwith listed application.
