' This judgment will dispose of the following writ petitions :(48 in number).
2. The learned Advocate-General has stated that the Collector will hear the petitioners individually after proper notice and dispose of the matter in accordance with law. In view of this statement by the learned Advocate-General the orders of resumption passed are set aside. The Collector will give a fresh hearing to the petitioners after notice and will dispose of their case's afresh in accordance with law.
' With these observations, the writ petitions are disposed of without any order as to costs.
